NeonGecko Biographies

Richard Leeds - President

  • Richard Leeds is President and the founding partner of NeonGecko. For NeonGecko he has used his expertise to develop and direct the company's development and marketing of computer applications, providing unique abilities for building Internet and Web businesses. Prior to founding NeonGecko, as founder and president of Computer Product Introductions Corp., Richard assisted in launching several hundred software and hardware products. Prior to CPI Corp., Richard founded and sold Popular Programs, Inc., a developer and marketer of IBM PC software, and winner of PC Magazine Editors' Choice Awards, and where the coined the term "Pop-up." In 1981, he joined Microsoft Corporation as a Project Leader to develop and deliver software for the first IBM PC. Richard then bought IBM-PC #750 from IBM to start his own company. Before joining Microsoft, he served at Advance Micro Devices as a Software Project Leader. Richard earned a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Computer Science (Formal Languages) with a secondary in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology and a tertiary in Astrophysics. Richard has been granted US patents for computer software and a leveling device.

    • David Graves - Chief Technology Officer

  • David Graves is a founding partner and the Chief Technology Officer for NeonGecko. He is an experience programmer and entrepreneur, and has written telecom, e-commerce, forum, and chat software, as well as developed a variety of other projects for NeonGecko. Prior to founding NeonGecko, David worked as an IT Consultant at Excell Data, based in Bellevue, Washington. Previous to this, he served as a Systems Engineer at Courtlink, also located in Bellevue, Washington. Before this, David developed and launched a call center for Encompass of Portland, Oregon.
